The energy and cost feasibility studies, prepared under NYSERDA New Construction Program for the owner - Fortwest (Reckson Associates Realty and Fortunoff) focused on the envelope, retail lighting, air distribution (fan energy), and enthalpy economizer.

Total energy savings were 29% with annual cost savings of almost $326,000 and over $130,000 of NYSERDA financial incentives. The project also included commissioning of the HVAC systems.
