Barry Donaldson provided assistance in energy and environmental planning for the owner and design team for the restoration of this 19th Century building in lower Manhattan. Work included review of existing conditions and potential energy strategies, including thermal and moisture performance of the historic facade, day lighting and lighting systems, and geothermal systems.
