The energy and cost feasibility studies, co-funded under the NYSERDA New Construction Program involved working with Vornado, SLCE/Cesar, Pelli Architects, and Flack + Kurtz Engineers. The 1.3 MM square foot building includes the headquarters of Bloomberg and a 54 story luxury apartment tower.

Work included energy and cost feasibility studies for the project, and was co-funded under the NYSERDA New Construction Program. The project achieved the maximum financial incentives in the program of $400,000.
