Working with Vornado, KPF Architects and Goldman Copeland Engineers, the analysis involved variable frequency drives for fans and pumps, high performance chillers, and daylighting.

Energy savings were 9% better than the energy code with annual savings of about $44,000 and 1.7 year ROI. The project received about $120,000 in financial incentives under the NYSERDA New Construction Program.
